Wycombe House Cricket Club Outdoor Nets

Held at the Wycombe House Ground on Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting from Thursday April 21st 2011 from 6pm-9pm, parking is available at the car park. Click for directions on how to get to Wycombe House Cricket Nets held at the main ground.

The training sessions will be a mix of skills training and net sessions.

Wycombe House Cricket Club Indoor Nets

We will be training at the brand new Osterley Sports and Athletics Centre located at 120 Wood Lane, Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7 5FF. This brand new facility gives us 3 Cricket Nets with long run ups and a huge indoor area for fitness training.

We will be training on Sundays from 1pm to 3pm from this Sunday until the start of the season. But note there are two weekends when we will train on the Saturday due to hall unavailability (highlighted in Red below).

For fully registered members the cost is £5 a session pay per week or £50 for all 13 weeks if you pay a lump sum on the first Sunday. For non registered members the cost is £7 a session. Note to be registered you will need to have had completed one of the attached registration forms accompanied with 4 passport size photos. Payment is required at the START OF THE SESSION. If you do not have money with you at the start you will not be allowed to take part in the session – no excuses will be accepted. If you don’t pay you will not play!

Any cheques for a lump sum payment should be made out to Carl Burdett.

Ground Working Parties

Wycombe House is a Voluntary run club and the ground staff could use some help in preparing the nets and with tidying up the ground so the following dates have been created, please let Zahid or Carl know if you can attend:
Sunday 10th April 2011 Meetup Time: 9:30am - Working on the nets, clearing the area surrounding them and putting up advertising banners.
Saturday 16th April 2011 Meetup Time: 9:30am - Painting the changing rooms and tidying them all up.

New Cricket Members

New members can literally drop in, but it would be advisable to contact either Carl Burdett or Zahid Ahmed before attending a net session so that they can make time to welcome you and show you around the facilities.

If you are under the age of 17 and joining the club please come to the appropriate Colts training first, where you will be assessed before being moved into the Adult section of the club (If appropriate to your age).
